Flying in the face of fish
I was very excited earlier this month to be asked to produce the first professional video content for an innovative New Zealand start-up. AeroRobotics is a company founded by Kyle Parshotam with the initial task of getting his stunning invention, the AeroKontiki, off the ground and into the hands of eager fisherpeople.
I’d read about Kyle and his ingenuity in a NZ Herald article in December 2014.
Kyle needed a simple video to play in-store on monitors that form part of his custom built display units.
We quickly scheduled a half-day shoot at Maraetai Beach (before Cyclone Pam’s predicted arrival) and shot some sequences from ground-based and aerial drone cameras. This video is the first in a planned sequence of videos designed to market the AeroKontiki and parent company EnviRobotics over the coming months.
The result…?
Well, see for yourself.
