The team that is WANTED

You’ll see in this site we always talk about WANTED as “we / us / our”. It’s true, in it’s day-to-day business functioning the single constant in WANTED is me, Blu Steven. I created WANTED in November 1991 and I’ve been Managing Director, General / Marketing / Sales / Distribution Managers and Chief Cook and Bottle Washer ever since. But WANTED is not just Blu Steven.

Our model brings specialised inputs from a number of key contributors whenever their expertise is needed. The WANTED advantage is you aren’t charged for those specialist skills if they aren’t being used on your project.

Production resources in New Zealand are almost all available exclusively on a freelance basis. Technicians, artistes, lights, cameras, studios… all can be purchased by the half day or day. Similarly, post production facilities such as sound studios, graphic suites and regular off and online edits suites can be rented by the hour.

What this means is as a WANTED Client you get to enjoy the input of all these specialist technical contributors, but only pay for them while they’re working on your project. The suppliers we choose to use have proven themselves expert at what they do, focused on delivering excellent value for money solutions, and operate under the same dictate that WANTED has always lived by over it’s 22-year history – Let your work speak for you. And everyone we include on your job is there because, like us, they have shown a commitment to build an on-going relationship with Clients by constantly delivering great work, on time, and within budget.

We certainly wouldn’t want it any other way, and we’re sure our Clients feel the same way too.
